Biographical Sketch: Della (Dee) Campbell is an advanced practice nurse and the former Chief Nurse Executive at a medical management company providing infertility and obstetrical case management. She is currently the COO and Assistant Professor at the School of Nursing at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Her doctoral degree is in Urban Health Systems and her research interests include the role of lay doula in providing continuous labor support and health disparities in the childbearing population.
