Biographical Sketch: Kim Armour, Manager and Nurse Practitioner of Women’s Subspecialties at Central DuPage Hospital, is a Certified Nurse Practitioner in Women’s Healthcare and Perinatology. She holds her registry as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in Obstetrics and Gynecology, specializing in fetal diagnostics, and also holds a certificate as a Women’s Healthcare Nurse Practitioner from Planned Parenthood of Minnesota/South Dakota. Ms. Armour currently serves on the AWHONN Board of Directors; is a member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health; and serves as associate faculty for both Loyola University, Chicago, and the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. She has served as expert faculty with NICHQ, HRSA, and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s Perinatal IMPACT Innovation Community. Ms. Armour presents nationally on many obstetrical topics and has a number of publications.
