Biographical Sketch: Kimberly A. Skelding, M.D., is currently an Associate in Interventional Cardiology and serves as the Director of Cardiovascular Genomics and Cardiovascular Research at the Geisinger Center for Health Research at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA.  Prior to Dr. Skelding’s current position, she was a Assistant Professor of Medicine, completing an advanced cardiovascular and interventional fellowship at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN after finishing training at William Beaumont Hospital Royal Oak, MI.
Dr. Skelding is a member of and serves on committees within the American College of Cardiology, the American Heart Association and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCA&I).  She has been active with local and national mentorship initiatives and is currently the Co-Chair of the Career Development committee of the SCA&I.
