Biographical Sketch: Jane Lamp is an experienced clinician and educator. She is ANCC certified as a Perinatal Nurse and an AWHONN member. Winner of "Best Poster", AWHONN 2003. She has a Master of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State Unviersity. She has held positions as university clinical nursing faculty, staff nurse, and staff development specialist prior to current role as CNS. She has served as team leader for several evidence-based Women's Health Department process improvements such as Smoking Cessation, Skin-to-Skin Mother-Baby Care, and the Late Preterm Infant initiatives. Jane led a nursing research study as a co-PI. Jane is the published author of manuscripts, a textbook chapter, and educational videos.
She has provided podium and poster presentations at several national and international conferences. Poster presentations include Midwest Nursing Research Society Conference, University of Iowa National EBP Conference, National Mother Baby Conference, AWHONN national conferences, and Trinity College of Dublin Ireland's Interdisciplinary Research Conference. Podium presentations include: Trinity College of Dublin Ireland's Interdisciplinary Research Conference, University of Iowa National EBP conference, NNDSO National Conference.
