Biographical Sketch: Alicia has 25 years of nursing experience with the last 15 years in leadership positions in NICU, Pediatrics and Women's Health programs in NY, FL, NC, GA and TX. She is a Diploma Graduate of Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing - Troy, New York in 1980; received her Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida - Tampa, FL in 1991; and her Masters of Science in 1996 from the University of Texas - Arlington, TX.
