Biographical Sketch: Susan has served as clinical director of the Mother/Baby unit at Mercy Hospital since 1988. She previously was a clinical director in critical care. Susan has been a key leader in promoting community support for enhancing awareness about postpartum depression. Recently, Susan also helped lead a redesign of Mercy's obstetrical services, integrating lactation support and retail services within the Mother/Baby Unit.
