Biographical Sketch: Joyce graduated from The Nursing School of Wilmington in 1970. She began her nursing career as a staff nurse in Labor and Delivery at that time. Joyce was the Labor and Delivery unit instructor from 1981 -1985. She was a keynote speaker in 1978 on the topic of allowing fathers into the room of mothers having ceserean birth. Jocye has also served as a childbirth instructor. She currently serves as the Council chairperson for the Labor and Delivery team. She is an Instructor for NRP.
