Biographical Sketch: Elaine Henry has been working in Labor & Delivery field for the past 38 years, with the past 7 years in a leadership role. She is a key member of the Seton Perinatal Innovation Team, one of the top Perinatal innovation teams in the country in achieving zero preventable birth injury. Their story was featured both by national and local media (Wall Street Journal, Austin American Statesman). As team leader for the Seton Network Simulation Team, Elaine initiated and implemented an on-site crisis simulation training program. She has presented on "Crisis Simulation Training" at the 1st Ascension Perinatal Safety National Collaborative Conference in 2006.
