Biographical Sketch: Lucille (Lucy) Wilcox is currently the Associate Director for Mother/Baby and Gynecology Services at a large tertiary hospital in Washington DC. Prior to this job she was a perinatal clinical specialist for 16 years. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, she is also the project director for the hospital's Perinatal Patient Safety Program. In 2007 she completed a post graduate fellowship in Patient Safety from Virginia Commonwealth University.
