Biographical Sketch: Patricia graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1981. She has worked for 17 years as an obstetrical-gynecologic nurse encompassing hospital and home care. She played an intregal role in the design of her hospital's shared decision-making model and serves as chair of the hospital-wide Education Council as well as several unit-based councils.
