Biographical Sketch: Barbara Buchko, RN, MS earned a BSN from Millersville University and an MS at the University of Delaware. She has provided care for childbearing women and their families for over 25 years. Barbara is a Women and Children's Clinical Nurse Specialist at York Hospital in York, PA. and a primary investigator for research and evidence-based practice projects. Her most rewarding experience has been the mentoring of nursing staff in evidence-based practice. Barbara has published and presented research and evidence-based practice projects nationally and internationally.
