Biographical Sketch: Renece Waller-Wise holds a bachelors degree in nursing from the University of Alabama School of Nursing, a bachelors degree in natural science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a masters degree in nursing from Troy University. She holds certifications as an in-patient obstetric nurse, a lactation counselor, and as a Lamaze certified childbirth educator. Her twenty-six year nursing career has all been in perinatal nursing in both Alabama and Minnesota. Currently she is the Education Coordinator for the Family Birth Center at the Women's Center of Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, Alabama.
Mrs. Waller-Wise has previous speaking experience at numerous AWHONN chapter meetings, and hospital sponsored educational events. She has been a presenter at an Alabama Section of AWHONN conference. Most recently, she has presented at the third annual Childbirth Education Workshop held at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, Alabama.
