Biographical Sketch: Ann Hearn has been a Clinical Supervisor in Maternity since 2002. Her responsibilities include supervision of a 21-bed labor and delivery/antepartum unit that includes 3 operating rooms and an OB recovery room, transition nursery, and a 48-bed mother/baby unit during off shifts. She is a member of Seton Network Simulation Team. Ann is also an adjunct faculty/obstetrical clinical instructor for Austin Community College. She is responsible for instructing, directing, and evaluating care provided by associate degree nursing students during their clinical rotation on the maternity units.
