Biographical Sketch: Jean is a Nurse Educator for the Mother/Baby units at Women & Infants' Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island. Her previous clinical experience is in Labor and Delivery. She is a AWHONN FHMPP instructor. Jean received her Master's degree in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island, her BS in Nursing from Rhode Island College, and her BA in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire.
Jean was a speaker at the 2004 AWHONN Convention with a presentation on scalp stimulation, and has had numerous speaking engagements in the Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts on the topic of the car seat challenge and the late preterm infant.
