Biographical Sketch: Janet has been a RNC at St. Luke's Regional Medical Center for 21 years.  She has served in the US Air Force and the Idaho Air National Guard.  She received her Bachelor's Degree in Family and Child Development from Kansas State University, her BSN from Wichita State University and her MEd in Counseling from Albertson College of Idaho.   She is the Healthy Pregnancy Coordinator, Childbirth Educator, and a staff nurse in L&D at St. Luke's.  

 

She has spoken at the Step-Family Association of America National Conference.  Her talk was entitled:  "I Didn't Grow Up to be a Wicked Step-Mother!"   She has also spoken at several Boise workshops about aspects of Perinatal Depression, and at the annual Idaho Perinatal Conference about the Impact of Long Term Bedrest on Antepartum Patients.
