Biographical Sketch: Sanju has been a clinical obseterics nurse at the University of Michigan for 9 years. She has been an member of several unit based committees which govern nursing practice including the Clinical Practice Council, Operations Coordinating Council and the Workload Review Committee. She has recently been active as a staff nurse liaision for the physical design of the new obstetrics unit to be built and occupied in 2011. She is an instructor for the Harvey Karp program "Happiest Baby on the Block" and functions as a preceptor for both clinical activities and computer documentation and on-line order entry.
