Biographical Sketch: Denise is an experienced critical care nurse with over ten years experience in both adult and neonatal intensive care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Russell Sage College in Troy, New York and is certified in Neonatal Nursing. Currently, she is a Level 4 Staff Nurse in a a busy Level 3 NICU in St. Peter's Hospital, Albany, NY where she is also in charge of the preceptor program. Her current topic is an outgrowth of her research project which was responsible for significantly changing practice in her nursing unit.
