Biographical Sketch: Mary Ann is the Nurse Manager of Obstetrics at Martha Jefferson Hospital. She has designed and led Change at this institution, facilitating cross-training of Obstetrical staff to Mother/Baby nursing as well as incorporating all the nursing roles for cesarean births into the OB unit staffing structure. She is the Jefferson Chapter co-chair for the Virginia Section of AWHONN.
