Biographical Sketch: Nelly works as a Research and Evaluation Consultant for the Health
Systems and Workforce Research Unit, Calgary Health Region. She is also
a PhD student with the University of Calgary. Nelly has a wide variation
of experience in research (primary health care reform, evaluation,
scopes of practice, vulnerable populations) and education (nursing) as
well as previous clinical expertise in public health nursing, community
development and pediatrics.
