Biographical Sketch: Carla is the designated system administrator for the electronic medical record at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. She has worked on the development, implemenation and education since 1998 when the system was initiated on the LDRP unit. Carla is responsible for ongoing education and training programs related to the electronic record as well as many of the IHI initiatives that have been instituted at her hospital.
Carla has spoken in many forums, such as PISUG, AWHONN and with the IHI Perinatal Community.
