Biographical Sketch: Ms. Hawley has a BSN from the University of Maryland and began her nursing career in the Army Nurse Corps. She came to Holy Cross Hospital in 1980, and worked as a clinical nurse, preceptor, Assistant Nurse Manager. She has been the Director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit since 1998.
