Biographical Sketch: Ms. Lwin received her Associate Degree in Nursing in 1986. She has been affiliated with Holy Cross Hospital since then. She began her nursing career in the adult critical care arena, but has worked in the NICU since 1995. She is one of the clinical leaders in the NICU, is a charge nurse and a preceptor and has served as the Chair Person of the NICU Practice Council for the past 18 months.
