Biographical Sketch: Nancy is the unit manager of a 38 bed LDRP and 34 bed antepartum unit at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. She manages over 140 FTEs here and has been involved in OB nursing for the past 19 years. Nancy has been actively involved in developing a culture on her units that focus on the safety of both patient and clinician.
Nancy has presented at both AWHONN, PISUG and IHI in the past.
