Biographical Sketch: Ms. Miller has spent most of her career in nursing caring for newborns and their families and providing staff development activities in hospital settings. Assisting the new mother and baby with breastfeeding and educating health care providers about breastfeeding is a major focus of her nursing career. She has extensive experience in developing and implementing community programs that care for families. Ms. Miller won the AWHONN Excellence in Community Service Award in 2000.
