Biographical Sketch: Adreena Harley is the Director for the Department of Education at Beaumont Hospital, in Troy, Michigan. Adreena received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Oakland University. She has been an active member and original co-chair of the hospital domestic violence and abuse team. Adreena’s work in the field of domestic violence earned her the Oakland County Domestic Violence Prevention Award in 2000, the Beaumont Hospital Recognition Award in 2001, Oakland University - Nightingale Nurse Award in category of Distinguished Alumni in 2002, Diversity Champion Honor Roll of the Race Relations & Diversity Task Force in 2005 and the Anti-Defamation League’s Women of Achievement Award in 2006.
