Biographical Sketch: Nancy received both her Bachelor and Master of Nursing from the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington. She is a Perinatal Clinical Nurse Specialist with the Center for Perinatal and Pediatric Excellence at Swedish Medical Center, Seattle. She is a teaching associate in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of Washington School of Medicine, and clinical instructor, University of Washington School of Nursing. Nancy is a nationally recognized speaker and has authored various articles on high-risk obstetrics and fetal monitoring. She was a founding member of the NCC task forces that developed both the High-Risk OB and the EFM examinations. She is NCC certified and an instructor for AWHONN’s Fetal Heart Monitoring Program.
