Biographical Sketch: Rebecca is a 1988 graduate of Georgetown University School of Nursing. She has professional experience in a variety of women's health practice areas. She graduated from University of San Diego School of Law in 1995. Rebecca defends healthcare providers in a variety of legal matters including malpractice suits, business matters, and licensure disciplinary matters. Rebecca speaks frequently to nurses and other healthcare professionals regarding legal and ethical issues. She has published articles, chapters and books on legal issues in healthcare. Since 2002, she has been the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Nursing Administration's Healthcare Law, Ethics, and Regulation.
