Biographical Sketch: Dr. Burke is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist who has been an active member of the medical staff at Holy Cross Hospital for 19 years. Prior to becoming the Medical Director, she held many leadership positions including 6 years as a Trustee. As the Medical Director, Dr Burke is responsible for quality initiatives, process improvement, customer satisfaction and business development in the Women’s Services division. Dr. Burke is the clinical team leader for the Perinatal Patient Safety Project and the Maryland Patient Safety Collaborative. Dr. Burke holds a B.S. from Millsaps College and an M.D. from the University of Mississippi.
