Biographical Sketch: Tracy’s career began as a professional fashion model and auto show narrator. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Buying and Marketing Communication from the Fashion Institute of Technology that led to various positions in retail and wholesale industries in New York City. Changing careers to the field of corporate training she returned to school to obtain a Master of Arts degree in Education from the University of Michigan, specializing in Training Dynamics and Leadership for adults. She is currently is a Director of Training and Employee Development for a financial services Corporation. A calling from God led Tracy to Ashland Theological Seminary where she received a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Counseling. During her studies she worked as a volunteer and intern at HAVEN (an organization dedicated to the eradication of domestic violence). This education and experience allowed her to become a state licensed mental-health pastoral counselor.  Tracy has started work towards her doctorate degree in ministry and her focus is domestic violence and the faith based community.
