Designed for labor & delivery nurses and childbirth educators, the evidence-based content of this seminar includes complementary pain management strategies for use in conjunction with pharmacologic remedies to provide state-of-the-art nursing care during labor. Participants will have hands-on participation with maternal positioning, the labor ball, and massage. Current issues, trends, and challenges in the care of laboring women are also discussed.
