This session is for service line leaders and those who see their next career potentially within service line. The session will provide an overview of contemporary service line organization structures, leadership, challenges and opportunities. Particularly given today’s economics, there will be strong focus on honing in on goals, strategies and tactics, and avoiding the myriad of delicious distractions in women’s health.
