Title: D7 - Can You Hear Me Now? Phase 1 Recovery of the Postpartum Patient

Learning Objectives:
- Describe the Phase 1 physiologic recovery criteria.
- Review the components of the vaginal and cesearean delivery assessment for the recovering obstetrical patient.
- Identify the critical elements for communication when receiving or handing off the recovered postpartum patient.
Phase 1 recovery criteria and communication between caregivers for the postpartum patient is a critical hand off event. This presentation presents standard of care outcome measures and clinical communication strategies.
