Title: PC6 - Perinatal Simulation: You Could Learn A Lot From A Dummy

Learning Objectives:
- Discuss how to determine topics for scenario and how to develop scenarios for a multidisciplinary team.
- Describe the steps to prepare for simulation training including manikin selection and use of videotape.
- Review strategies for debriefing and how to incorporate outcome measurement into a simulation program.
This workshop will provide an overview of multidisciplinary simulation based training for either scenarios held in a simulation center or in-house drills. Topics to be covered will include how to determine topics for simulation training, developing scenarios, a schedule to prepare for simulation training, debriefing strategies and how to incorporate measureable outcomes in your program.
