Too often nurses lament that there is “nothing” they can do (about a health care system, policy or regulation). The purpose of this session is to provide an overview of public policy process and discuss opportunities and strategies for influencing health policy development. The session will identify specific strategies for engaging the policy making process and discuss how you can make a difference in the future of health care.
