Submission Description:
This presentation will describe the Centering model of group healthcare with emphasis on CenteringPregnancy prenatal care and CenteringParenting, well-baby and well-woman care. Since 1994, Centering has spread to hundreds of sites across the U.S. Discussion will include the impact of this model in care settings and how Centering aligns with the Triple Aim framework for healthcare improvement.
