Submission Description:
Over the past ten years there has been increasing recognition of the morbidity associated with late preterm birth. More recently early term infants have also been identified as being at increased risk for altered long-term outcome as a result of being born early. This presentation will examine these risks and highlight strategies to mitigate the potential complications of birth between 34 and 38 weeks gestation.
