    Through LEAN daily huddles and rapid improvement events, Labor and Birth has increased coworker engagement and patient satisfaction while seeing an 51% increase in on time induction call ins and a 22% increase in on time starts for OR cases. This LEAN approach has dramatically improved team understanding of accountable metrics, ideas to improve those metrics and communication across the organization. It has fundamentally changed how we operate our business for the better.
