Title: Severe Pancreatitis Exacerbation in a Perinatal Patient with Severe Preeclampsia

Submission Description:
This is a case presentation of the multidisciplinary management of a patient who had been so extremely ill, that pancreatectomy had been recommended prior to her pregnancy. Her journey through induction of labor, the development of severe preeclampsia, and her postpartum course will be described. A review of pancreatitis and guideline changes from the Task Force on Hypertension in Pregnancy will also be explored.
