This pre-conference session will serve as an introduction to the use of simulation-based training as a learning methodology. Attendees will write an interactive scenario, conduct the scenario for a group of volunteer trainees, and debrief the scenario using a videotape record. It is expected that at the end of this preconference attendees will have an understanding of how to use this methodology in their training programs.
