Whether you work in labor & delivery, mother-baby, or the neonatal intensive care unit, you will be faced with a variety of legal issues, most of which are not unique to your specialty. Learn what to expect and how to cope when the nurse-patient relationship suddenly includes the law. This interactive pre-conference will include illustrative cases from a variety of care settings, and will assist nurses of any background in understanding the impact of the law on day to day practice.
