This presentation on validating altered NST criteria for <32 week gestation pregnancies will retrace the path from review of existing evidence through development of a protocol, training related to performing a randomized trial, and finally to incorporating our findings into bedside practice. Our multi-disciplinary team undertook an exciting 3 year journey to forge new directions to insure the provision of safe care to the pregnant women in our care.
