  2. Review strategies for having difficult conversations in the clinical area.
  3. Demonstrate communication strategies that utilize kindness, honesty and grace that can be used in clinical teaching.
Submission Description:
This session will provide practical skills that will help nursing faculty and preceptors to provide effective feedback to student nurses in the clinical setting. The cornerstones of kindness, honesty, and grace are explored and built upon to equip the learner to guide students as they apply their knowledge in their clinical experience.
