  • Submission Description:
    The purpose of this presentation is to describe the process involved in creating and implementing a program that decreases staff anxiety, improves multidisciplinary communication, and improves patient outcomes during an obstetric emergency. Staff’s comfort level in responding to an obstetric emergency as well as the frequency of obstetric codes called will be discussed.
