This presentation will demonstrate the diligent nursing care and multidisciplinary collaboration needed when a patient is diagnosed in the post-partum period with Acute Fatty Liver of Pregnancy (AFLP). The patient endured an induced coma to control seizure activity for 28 days and emerged neurologically intact.
