  • Submission Description:
    The poster depicts St. Francis Hospital's journey to couplet care; sharing challenges, adjustments and successes. We will show how nursing staff navigated the change from fragmented traditional maternity care to evidenced based couplet care. Using process improvement strategies, couplet care is established with a few results are still pending.
