The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) identified that the response time for unscheduled cesarean sections was key towards improving both maternal and neonatal outcomes. The goal of this project was to develop a multi-disciplinary process where we could meet the 30 minute decision to incision rule.
