This presentation discusses the management of a multiparous patient with a placenta acreta admitted to the antepartum unit at 32 weeks gestation. A multidisciplinary approach was taken in the management and preparation for her delivery to reduce the patient’s risk of morbidity and mortality and ensure safe passage for her infant.
