  • Describe the advantages of creating a universal new hire checklist system.
  • Discuss the advantages of coordinating across service departments to optimize new hire training.

  • Submission Description:
    A system wide organizational approach to streamline high volume onboarding on a consistent basis in a rapidly growing facility. This facilitates an improved onboarding experience by addressing competency gaps, training inconsistencies, and coordinating with available resources in an effort to optimize unit orientation.
