Submission Description:
The postpartum period holds major changes and challenges. For every 1000 women, 1-2 will develop postpartum psychosis. This case study follows a postpartum woman who presented with classic symptoms of mania, disorganized thoughts, and grandiose delusional beliefs. Early identification, treatment, management, and collaboration with allied health professionals were crucial for this obstetrical and psychiatric emergency.
