  • List at least 3 things you can do to become a more "resilient" leader.
  • Describe why resilience is such an important leadership skill today.

  • Submission Description:
    The healthcare world is going through rapid and tumultuous change. Every day there are new rules, regulations, and policies. The demand for healthcare is growing, technology and financial issues are playing a bigger role in daily decisions, patient safety is receiving widespread national attention. To address these challenges, we need courageous and resilient nurse leaders, who feel empowered to take on these tough issues. Developing such resilient leaders will be the focus of this presentation.
